The event features over 85 award-winning rum brands and nearly 200 unique expressions, available for sampling either neat or as part of the innovative DaiquiriMANIA program. Attendees can explore the artistry of rum through curated tastings, symposiums and exclusive seminars led by industry experts. Friday’s Rum Congress, conducted in English, provides a deep dive into the trade with discussions tailored to professionals in distilling, bartending and beverage marketing. Saturday brings Congreso de Ron, a Spanish-language event, alongside the Grand Tasting sessions and DaiquiriMANIA, where the classic daiquiri is reimagined with contemporary twists and retro music.
