New Year's Eve Dinner at Bourbon Steak

Bourbon Steak welcomes guests to a special New Years Eve dinner with two seatings. Curated by Executive Chef Mario Beabraut the menu includes guest’s selection of appetizers such as Hand-Cut Prime Steak Tartare with traditional garnishes and grilled ciabatta, or Chef’s Oyster Selection with champagne mignonette; Entrées include Faroe Island Salmon Branzino or a 22-ounce Dry Aged Bone-In Rib Eye; and desserts such as Hazelnut Baked Alaska with toasted hazelnuts and Nutella gelato or Chocolate ‘Bomb’ Cake with raspberry gelée and vanilla gelato.
Guests will enjoy a live DJ, party favors and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. The first seating starts at 5:15 p.m. priced at $250 per person. The second seating, priced at $350++/pp, starts at 8 p.m. continuing until midnight.
