New Year's Eve Dinner at Gold Coast Kitchen

Ring in the New Year on the waterfront with an unforgettable night of delicious dining, festive drinks, live DJ, champagne toast and fireworks, located in Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. 

On Tuesday, December 31, guests can enjoy an exclusive New Year's Eve menu featuring a variety of carefully crafted dishes designed to celebrate the occasion. The appetizer selection includes lobster tail with maitake mushroom, compressed apple and sherry foam, as well as a beet carpaccio with goat cheese, arugula, crispy capers and wildflower honey dressing. For the main course, guests can choose from veal cheeks served with smoked paprika, soft polenta and beet greens; black cod with potato-corn saffron chowder, citrus butter and sturgeon caviar; or Cornish hen accompanied by black lentils, yellow wax beans and truffle. For dessert, guests can indulge in champagne panna cotta with sugared green grapes or Valrhona chocolate ganache with mango mousse, raspberry gel and praline crisp. Special holiday drinks include mulled wine and a Bailey's mint martini, perfect for raising a toast to the new year.

This festive NYE experience features the following options:

• A festive dinner and a glass of Champagne available from 5 to 10 p.m. ($150 per person)
• DJ and a glass of Champagne available from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. ($50 per person)

Guests are welcome to toast the new year with live entertainment on the terrace.
